CPS Global located appropriate sites, negotiating agreements with property owners and arranged documentation of our client's leasehold interests by management of the legal process.

Our client's operation required the establishment of significant infrastructure at multiple locations throughout Australia. CPS Global performed a needs analysis and prepared a project brief and budget to enable our client to prepare its business case. The client was able to obtain funding leading to CPS Global implementing the program by identifying and acquiring and obtaining planning approval for several hundred sites.
